We collect no personal information to use the calculator
All calculations (hours, overtime, pay, state rules) run entirely in your browser. Your inputs (pay rate, shift times, breaks) are never uploaded to our servers and are not associated with any account, because there is no account.
Local storage only
If you use Pro "save timesheets", data is stored on your own device (limit 50 per device). We cannot see it.
Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) that aggregates anonymous usage (page views, dwell time) without identifying you and without cross-site tracking. We honor Do-Not-Track. (Analytics endpoint is provisioned at launch — see dev-packet Mock M2.)
Pro purchase (the only PII touchpoint)
When you buy the one-time $6.99 Pro via Stripe, Stripe collects your email for receipt and license delivery. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We retain only the minimum transaction record needed to fulfill your license. We do not sell or share this email.
No sale of personal information
We collect essentially no PII, so the CCPA "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" right is not triggered. We do not transfer PII to advertisers.
GDPR
Because we do not collect or store identifying data from EU visitors (calculator is client-side; analytics are cookieless and anonymized), our processing minimizes GDPR exposure. EU users may contact us to delete any Pro-purchase record.
